WATCH AND LEARN - How Do I Find a Mystery Shop?

This is an instruction guide on how to download a particular mystery shop from the client portal.

1. Once you have logged in, click the 'Mystery Shop Explorer' tab at the top of the home page.=

2. The 'Mystery Shop Explorer' tab will allow you to filter for the mystery shop you are looking for. You can filter by Client/Survey, Business Unit and Wave.

3. Click on the mystery shop you wish to open and a new tab with all the results and the completed survey form will open.
